Orbico Bulgaria Ltd. is part of the Orbico Group, a leading distributor in Southeast Europe, an international company that operates in 20 countries. We are looking for energetic and pro-active person, with interest in Beauty Business for the position Brand Manager Salon Professional.

We are looking for a candidate who is:
• Pro-active, creative, with ability to think out of the box;
• Focused on the solution rather than the problem;
• Good team player.

Main responsibilities:
•Participates in planning of the marketing budget, media plan and plans dedicated to the initiatives of the brands;
•Supports in defining the vision and the development of the strategy regarding the brands and the portfolio;
•Communicates with the Graphic Designer and the Advertising Agencies regarding the preparation of the advertising materials, taking care of their translation and finalization;
•Collects offers for the preparation and manufacturing of various materials according to the company’s internal procedures;
•Prepares daily, monthly and yearly reports of the results;
•Participates in presenting the results and initiatives to Orbico and the Principals;
•Arranges and prepares needed equipment for events/seminars with customers;
•Informs the Sales and Marketing Team about current news related to changes in the market/competitors and any new updates coming from the Principal;
•Tracks product availability of the brands from the portfolio;
•Participates in planning initiatives to implement new products, specifications, strategies, initiatives;
•Assists the Head of the Marketing Department in the organization of the monthly reporting and the marketing budget;
•Assists the Head of the Marketing Department with preparation of analyses in order to assess the levels of effectiveness of the initiatives and activities towards the market;
•Actively participates with ideas and proposals for the preparation of initiatives and activities that will support the sales activity of the Sales Team;
•Keeps confidential any type of business-related information;
•Strict at following the company’s procedures and policies;

Specific requirements:
•University degree, management/marketing degree will be an asset;
•Experience in a similar position is an advantage;
•Skills in Microsoft Office, Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook;
•Fluency in English, both verbal and in written;
•Active driving licence category B.
